We devise a customized program that evolves as you progress, so that as you reach your goals the exercises become more advanced. Private lessons are for those who want to give themselves the best, to be challenged, to advance at all levels and to achieve your aims more quickly. Duo classes offer a combination of intensive training and individualized attention in a format that can develop over time with varying goals for your training program.   Training takes place with Pilates equipment – Magic Circle, Foam Roller, Redondo ball , Thera-band, Core Align and smaller equipment. Each person has an individualized program and follows it at their own pace with instruction. Instructor works with you directly as you use the equipment, guiding and assisting with exercises to help you to achieve your desired results.
