Booty & Legs Program
If you want to build a stronger, tighter, rounder, firmer booty, then you’ll want to do this program. It’s simple, easy to follow, and you will get results.
This is a 4-week program that is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. The majority of exercises will be glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced lower body. The program is set up for 3-4 training days per week and can be used with your current training schedule.
This is a progressive circuit style glute training program, optimal for toning, gaining strength and muscle. If you want a program that’s more random (many different exercises changing each week) you’ll want this program. This program will be ideal for those who are serious about progress and results!
