How does the free trial work?
You are able to view specific video(s) from Terricka Fitness Library for a specific period of time. Afterwards, you can subscribe to Terricka Fitness monthly subscription.
How often do you release new content?
Each month two – three unique full-body workouts. Rotating through these new workouts each week, with a brand new set available each month, keeps your routine fresh and interesting, and keeps your body guessing to maximize results.
How do I choose weights or equipment?
If you are new to using weights I recommend you start off with 1 kg weights. You may increase weights as you go along. If you do not have equipent use a water bottle or what you have at home. Most of my workout do not require equipment. Always listen to your body!
Can I cancel at any time?
Terricka Fitness videos are set up for pay monthly subscription and can be cancelled at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will be charged for the full month, afterwards your account simply becomes deactivated after 30 days of last payment. If you choose to renew your subscription in the future, your account can simply be reactivated.
Trouble streaming my workouts. What can I do?
