Many have swapped out the traditional gym for Pilates, as it helps build longer, leaner muscles, improves core stability, flexibility and ankle strength. Pilates is easy to fit into your schedule and gets you to your goal. Results are easy to see when you practice regularly!
I’ve put together a simple routine, it carries with it a mix of Pilates and barre. I like to use this routine for clients during private sessions to introduce them to some simple moves that they can do at home when they need a quick workout.
